These two SDA homes are developed by ARK Specialist Homes Developer. They are set on a large 1300 sqm block in Bert St, in the leafy suburb of Gosnells. Bert St is just a short walk away from the shopping centre, parks, train station, eateries, cafes and other nearby amenities.
High Physical Support
The homes are built for people with high physical needs and feature 24 hour Overnight Onsite Assistance. Wide walkways and step-free thresholds make moving around and gathering in the spacious communal areas a breeze. There is even a large combined alfresco with a BBQ for outdoor entertainment.
The bedrooms
Each bedroom is equipped with built in robes, reverse cycle air conditioning, TV, fast internet and has its very own courtyard. Provisions for ceiling hoists are available in every room. The large private ensuite adjoining each bedroom is bright, airy and features roll in showers with thermostatic mixers.
Assistive Technology
The homes are provisioned for assistive technology including automated doors and window blinds, facial recognition, specialised lighting and temperature regulation. The assistive technology is accessible and easily operated via customised apps on your personal device. UPS equipped power points are available around the home and especially in bedrooms keeping vital equipment going when the power goes down.
SIL service provider, Streams of Living Water(SOLW), is in place. Streams of Living Water Inc. is a registered Disability Service Provider under the NDIS. It was founded in 2018 as a not for profit and is a registered charity.
